JOB DESCRIPTION

Seeking experienced Project Manager in the sign industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in the signage industry and will be proficient in the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to read and determine scope of work from client provided architectural plans
  • Understanding of standard sign manufacturing and installation practices
  • Ability to manage all tasks of a project from conception to completion with hard completion dates
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate in an effective and timely manner with clients, subcontractors and internal coworkers
  • Ability to track tasks in order to stay on target
  • Ability to problem solve in high demand situations
  • Must possess a strong sense of urgency and self-discipline
  • Ability to organize project documents and communications to create a digital record of each project
  • Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, NetSuite (a plus, but not require), Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
