Project Manager – Retail Films
JOB DESCRIPTION
General Project Management and Customer Service. This position requires the ability to multi-task and effectively manage tasks and follow-up tasks in a timely and organized manner. Each project/job is time sensitive and requires that the assigned tasks be completed within a defined timeframe. It is the responsibility of the PM to alert Scott Gwaltney if tasks are not able to be completed within the designated time frame for any reason.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer relations within assigned set of accounts
- Manage installer relationships
- New Vendor Set-Up
- Vendor Search & Acquisition
- Job Document Processing and Organization
- Estimate Conversion to Sales Order
- Confirm Scope with Supers/PM’s and site readiness
- Change Order Submission and Approvals
- Process and Submit Customer Invoice(s)
- Manage Assist PM to maintain efficient order flow/customer service
