General Project Management and Customer Service. This position requires the ability to multi-task and effectively manage tasks and follow-up tasks in a timely and organized manner. Each project/job is time sensitive and requires that the assigned tasks be completed within a defined timeframe. It is the responsibility of the PM to alert Scott Gwaltney if tasks are not able to be completed within the designated time frame for any reason.



  • Manage customer relations within assigned set of accounts
  • Manage installer relationships
  • New Vendor Set-Up
  • Vendor Search & Acquisition
  • Job Document Processing and Organization
  • Estimate Conversion to Sales Order
  • Confirm Scope with Supers/PM’s and site readiness
  • Change Order Submission and Approvals
  • Process and Submit Customer Invoice(s)
  • Manage Assist PM to maintain efficient order flow/customer service
