To maintain and cultivate existing client relationships and to develop relationships with new and potential clients by offering superior customer service and knowledge‐based solutions. This position requires the ability to multi‐task and effectively manage tasks and follow‐up tasks in a timely and organized manner. This position requires a high volume of verbal and written communication with clients, internal team members and vendors. The Project Manager will serve as the lead on multiple projects and will be responsible for all aspects of the project from the initial estimate through production and installation. It is the responsibility of the Project Manager to alert his or her direct supervisor if unable to complete assigned tasks within a designated timeline for any reason. In such a scenario, the Supervisor will help guide, re‐prioritize or assume tasks as needed.



  • New Customer/Prospect Set‐Up
  • New Customer Location (Project) Set‐Up
  • New Vendor Set‐Up
  • Create & Maintain Internal Documents i.e, Estimates, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders and Invoices
  • Read Construction Plans & Complete Take‐Offs
  • Obtain City Code/Landlord Criteria (if required)
  • Obtain Landlord Approval (if required)
  • Permit tracking (if required)
  • Vendor Search & Acquisition
  • Obtain Vendor Pricing as Required
  • Obtain & Process Vendor Completion Docs
  • Installation Calendar Maintenance
  • Product & Shipment Tracking
  • Project Scheduling & Coordination
  • Customer Invoicing
  • Other Tasks as Assigned by Supervisor
