Having worked for some of the country’s premier retail brands in multiple management capacities, Project Manager Todd Kosten has gained a true understanding of the importance and success that strong customer service brings to a company. In his role as a project manager on the Retail side of NGS, Todd works to schedule and complete hundreds of projects on a monthly basis. Using his close relationship with the vast resource of subs that NGS uses, Todd is able to ensure that every customer is given the same level of customer service, whether it is one window in Erie, PA or thousands of square feet of glass in San Diego. In his daily routine, Todd is a magician, firefighter, logistical specialist, mathematician, arbitrator, negotiator and world class people pleaser. Did I say magician?
Todd studied business administration and political science at the University of Tennessee and jumped right from there to his first retail management position. After almost 20 years, Todd’s retail management career came to an end, giving him the chance to find something new that challenged him even more. Enter NGS, which provides Todd with a different challenge everyday in order to utilize his finely tuned customer service skills.
In his free time, Todd enjoys skiing, fishing, hiking with his family, quoting movies, being the statistician for his son’s lacrosse team and is getting back into mountain biking.
